      • Items may be returned if they are defective, damaged during shipping, missing, or incorrectly sent. Additionally, if the size of the item is incorrect, it is eligible for return.
      • It is strongly advised that buyers review the product listing before making a purchase decision to ensure compatibility with their needs.
      • To initiate a return, buyers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

      Return Process:

      • To start the return process, buyers need to send an email to customercare@jqrsports.in with images of the received footwear (from top, bottom, and side), the order number, and the reason for the return.
      • Please note that providing these details is mandatory for processing a return. Failure to do so may result in the request being rejected.
      • Used footwear cannot be returned and any associated courier costs will be borne by the customer.

      Return Policy:

      • We do not offer direct return. If you wish to receive a different item, you will need to place a new order and then initiate a return for the original product.

      Free Gift Returns:

      • Free gifts included with the purchase must be returned along with the main product.

      Partial Order Returns:

      • If you ordered multiple items and wish to return only a portion of your order, you can do so.

      Order Cancellation:

      • Orders can be cancelled only before the product has been dispatched for shipping.

        • Claims are accepted for manufacturing defects only, provided that the item has been appropriately used.

         Major Manufacturing Defects:

        •  Major defects include significant issues such as damaged or discolored upper material, and broken or damaged soles or insoles.

        Return Requirements:

        • When returning an item, please ensure that all original packaging, price tags, labels, and the invoice are included.

        Non-Compliance Returns:

        • If the returned product does not meet the specified return conditions, no refund will be issued, and the item will be returned to the buyer at their expense.

         

        Refund Policy:

        Refund Process:

        • Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned product and after verification by the seller.
        • The refund will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.
